Order processing
Each order is checked against current inventory, the delivery address and available carrier service before it is released for fulfillment. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Delivery timing and charges
Any delivery charge is shown during checkout. Delivery timing varies by item, destination and carrier availability. We will provide available scheduling details as the order moves into fulfillment.
Freight delivery
Large furniture may arrive by scheduled freight delivery. The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Standard delivery does not include assembly, room placement, stair carries, packaging removal, or old-furniture removal unless those services are expressly included in your order confirmation.
Receiving your order
Inspect cartons and furniture before the carrier leaves whenever possible. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours at kyrolosramzy@yahoo.com.
